	consulting service and expertise of projects on auriferity cupriferousity and manganousity of the Ukrainian earth's interior;
	elaboration and inculculation of prognosis and prospecting methods of native gold deposits and paleoplacers;
	research of auriferity (mineral forms of gold existence, forms of gold-bearing bodies, typomorphic peculiarities of gold).

In 1997-1998 Poshuk is carring out the works on project "The definition of forms, concentrations, localisation and typomorphic peculiarities of gold in sedimentary strata of Ukraine".

The director-coordinator of geological projects of the Poshuk is Dr. Miron Kovalchuk.
Scientific activity of Mr.Kovalchuk includes:

• explorations of pyrite concretion ontogenesis;
• investigations of diamant's mineral-satellites from terrigenous deposits of the Siberion platform;
• investigations of lithology and gold-bearing placers of river paleovalleys of the Ukrainian shield;
• investigations of conditions of heavy minerals placers formation in alluvial processes;
• investigations of auriferity of sedimentary complexes of Ukraine;
• investigations of typomorphic peculiarities of gold-bearing places of Ukraine.

• a very high hall-marked (992) pseudosegregational gold from oxidation zone of gold deposit of "Klintsy" (the Ukrainian shield);
• a very high hall-marked (995) porous gold from terrigenous deposits of the middle Transdniester region;
• relatively low-hall-marked (722) cuprous (Cu=22.8%) gold with pseudosegregating structure from alluvium of Dniester river;
• a very low-hall-marked (411) sphere-shaped highly cuprous (Cu=50.1%) gold with from teerigenous deposits of the Middle Transniester region;
• globe-shaped high hall-marked (998) mercury bearing gold (Hg=6.0%) from alluvium of Dniester river.
